This investment fund aims to generate substantial income and achieve superior overall returns, while maintaining prudent risk levels throughout a complete market cycle. Generally, at least 80% of the fund's net assets, augmented by any capital acquired through borrowing for investment purposes, are allocated to high-yield or speculative-grade bonds, commonly referred to as "junk bonds." The portfolio has the flexibility to allocate up to 20% of its net assets to equity holdings (such as common and both convertible and non-convertible preferred shares) and bank loans issued by entities within the high-yield sector. Additionally, the fund is permitted to invest in other forms of debt instruments.
