Consorcio ARA, S. A. B. de C. V., operating with its subsidiaries, is a Mexican real estate developer that comprehensively designs, builds, promotes, and sells residential housing developments for low and middle-income populations throughout Mexico. Its business operations are divided into two primary segments: Real Estate and Shopping Centers. Beyond residential properties, the company also constructs, oversees, and leases various commercial retail spaces, including full-scale shopping centers, standalone centers, and smaller retail hubs. As of the close of 2021, Consorcio ARA managed a portfolio of six operational shopping centers. The company was established in 1977 and its main office is located in Mexico City, Mexico.
