Guardian Exploration Inc. engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of oil, natural gas, and mineral properties in Western Canada. It holds interest in Mount Cameron Property located in the Yukon' s Mayo Mining District, as well as holds mineral claims located on southern Dall Island, southeast Alaska, the United States. The company was formerly known as Guardian Resources Inc. and changed its name to Guardian Exploration Inc. in May 2001. Guardian Exploration Inc. was incorporated in 2001 and is based in Calgary, Canada.
