Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities. It will primarily invest in equity securities that the manager believes have favorable prospects for divided-paying ability. The manager considers environmental, social and/or governance (ESG) factors, alongside other relevant factors, as part of its investment process.
