Kinetics Alternative Income Fund 

The investment seeks to provide current income and gains; long-term growth of capital is a secondary objective. The fund is a diversified fund that invests all of its investable assets in the Alternative Income Portfolio, a series of Kinetics Portfolios Trust. Under normal circumstances, the Alternative Income Portfolio will hold a portfolio of primarily fixed income securities and implement an equity put writing option strategy intended to generate returns from the receipt of option premiums.
