It also engages in the construction business; and provides shipping agent and maritime transportation services. In addition, the company is involved in the lease and sale of residential and commercial buildings, parking lots, and industrial areas; and cement trading, and soil and rock mining businesses. The company was founded in 1974 and is headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan.
