The Guggenheim RBP Large-Cap Value Fund, Class P, dedicates a minimum of 80% of its total investment capital—comprising both its net assets and any funds borrowed for investment purposes—to acquiring securities from large-capitalization companies. These companies are specifically chosen if they are component holdings of the Dow Jones U.S. Large-Cap Value Total Stock Market Index SM at the point of initial purchase. The composition of this particular benchmark includes common stocks issued by corporations, as well as units of beneficial ownership in real estate investment trusts (REITs).
