Allspring Large Cap Value Fund 

This fund is designed to allocate a minimum of 80% of its net assets to equity holdings in large-capitalization enterprises. Operating as a feeder fund, it funnels virtually all its capital into the C&B Large Cap Value Portfolio, a master portfolio whose investment goals and strategies are nearly identical. For the fund's purposes, large-capitalization companies are considered those whose market capitalization aligns with the scope of the Russell 1000® Index at the point of acquisition.
