Under typical market conditions, this fund commits at least 80% of its total capital to equity and debt holdings issued by entities, including Master Limited Partnerships (MLPs), that are predominantly active in the energy infrastructure sector. It also holds the option to allocate up to 15% of its net assets to 'restricted securities,' which are those not registered for public sale under the Securities Act of 1933. This investment vehicle is classified as non-diversified.
