The Janus Henderson Asia Equity Fund - T Shares aims to achieve sustained capital growth for its investors over the long term. To meet this objective, the fund typically commits a minimum of 80% of its total assets (including any borrowed funds used for investment) to equity securities issued by companies based in Asia, with the explicit exclusion of Japanese issuers. A company qualifies as an "Asian issuer" if it satisfies any of the following conditions: it is legally registered or conducts its primary business operations in an Asian country; its main stock exchange listing is in an Asian market; or it generates 50% or more of its revenue from, or holds 50% or more of its assets within, one or more Asian nations.
