Daedong Gear Co., Ltd. manufactures and sells power transmission parts in South Korea and internationally. It also provides counter shafts and differential assemblies, differential gears, counter shafts, and gear and hub assemblies, as well as clutch, sleeve and sun gear, connector, shaft, gear speed, diff drive gear, cone-reverse brake, reverse speed gear and driven gear, parking gear, and hub for automobiles. In addition, the company offers industrial machinery, such as driving reducer, swing device, travel device, pinion shaft, and ring gear; and cam shaft gear, ideal gear assembly, and crank shaft gear. The company was formerly known as Hankuk Gear Co. Ltd. and changed its name to Daedong Gear Co., Ltd. in June 1983. Daedong Gear Co., Ltd. was founded in 1973 and is headquartered in Sacheon-si, South Korea.
