UNID Company Ltd. is a South Korea-based firm engaged in the global manufacturing and distribution of both chemical products and various types of board materials. Its Chemical division is responsible for producing a foundational array of inorganic compounds, such as potassium hydroxide, potassium carbonate, hydrochloric acid, liquid chlorine, sodium hypochlorite, and ferric/ferrous chloride. The company's Board division provides medium-density fiberboards (MDF) for diverse applications including home and interior design. This segment also supplies wood for MDF, general lumber, and furniture manufacturing. Furthermore, it offers lumber products specifically designed for building, civil engineering, industrial, landscape, and packing purposes, alongside formalin, which is crucial for MDF resins and as a raw material for MDI.
