Pharma Equity Group A/S, through its subsidiary, Reponex Pharmaceuticals A/S, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, develops treatments for diseases that have patient and social impact for which current therapy is lacking or in need of improvement. Its products under development that are in Phase II clinical trials include RNX-011 for the treatment of bacterial peritonitis; RNX-021, RNX-022, and RNX-023 for the treatment of Ulcus Cruris chronic skin ulcers; RNX-041 for the treatment of inflammatory bowel diseases, such as chrons and pouchitis; and RNX-051 for the treatment of colorectal cancer and colon adenoma.
