The Investment Management segment provides asset management, mutual fund management, and private equity fund management services. The company also involved in securities underwriting and sponsoring, wealth management, risk management, venture capital, investment research, and corporate financing services. The company was formerly known as Shenyin Wanguo Securities Co., Ltd and changed its name to Shenwan Hongyuan Group Co., Ltd. in January 2015. Shenwan Hongyuan Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 2015 and is based in Urumqi, China.
