Visionary Gold Corp. operates as a precious metals focused mineral exploration company in Canada and the United States. The company holds interest in the Wolf Gold Project located in the Fremont County, Wyoming. It also holds an agreement to lease with an option to buy the Mint Gold Leaf mine that consists of three unpatented mining claims on sixty acres land located in Lewiston Gold District of Fremont County, Wyoming. The company was formerly known as Galileo Exploration Ltd. and changed its name to Visionary Gold Corp. in November 2020. Visionary Gold Corp. was incorporated in 2000 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
