Verity Resources Limited, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral resources in Australia and Botswana. The company primarily explores for nickel, copper, cobalt, gold, silver, platinum group, and rare earth elements. It holds 100% interest in the Monument Gold Project located in Western Australia. In addition, the company holds interests in Maibele Base Metal project located in Botswana, as well as owns an option to acquire 50% interest in the joint venture of 10 licenses covering 17,800 hectares located in Brazil.
