It also offers market positioning consultancy; tenant sourcing services; interior decoration services; and agency and contract consulting services. The company was formerly known as Yuexiu Property Management Holding Limited and changed its name to Yuexiu Services Group Limited in January 2021. Yuexiu Services Group Limited was founded in 1992 and is based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
