It also holds interests in the Boulevard project with approximately 958 quartz mining claims covering approximately 19,960 hectares situated in Whitehorse mining district, Yukon. In addition, the company has an option to acquire 60% interests in Merit property that consists of four mineral claims covering an area of approximately 1,907 hectares located in the Spences Bridge Gold Belt, British Columbia; and Nicoamen property comprises of nine mineral claims covering approximately 3,332 hectares located in the Spences Bridge Gold Belt, British Columbia. The company was incorporated in 2011 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
