Torex Resources 

Torex Gold Resources Inc., a mid-tier gold producer headquartered in Toronto, Canada, commenced operations in 1980. The company primarily conducts its mining activities in Mexico, where its cornerstone asset is a 100% ownership interest in the extensive Morelos Gold property. This vast 29,000-hectare site is located southwest of Mexico City. Within this property, Torex Gold manages the El Limón Guajes (ELG) mining complex, which features both open-pit and underground operations, a processing plant, and all necessary related infrastructure. Furthermore, the company is actively developing the Media Luna deposit, a project currently in an advanced stage. In addition to gold, Torex Gold's mining activities also extract silver, copper, and carbon deposits. The company was formerly known as Gleichen Resources Ltd. before rebranding as Torex Gold Resources Inc. in April 2010.
