As of December 31, 2020, the company had an installed capacity of approximately 1158.8 MW. It operates in Italy, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, the United States, Japan, Sweden, Mexico, and internationally. The company was formerly known as Actelios SpA and changed its name to Falck Renewables S.p.A. in August 2010. Falck Renewables S.p.A. was founded in 2002 and is based in Milan, Italy. Falck Renewables S.p.A. is a subsidiary of Falck SpA.
