American Beacon International Equity Fund 

This fund endeavors to secure significant long-term appreciation of its capital. It routinely dedicates at least 80% of its net assets (augmented by any funds acquired through borrowing for investment purposes) to equity instruments, which encompass common stocks and securities convertible into common stocks. These holdings originate from issuers situated in a minimum of three different countries located beyond the borders of the United States. The investment focus primarily centers on the nations that constitute the MSCI EAFE Index®. This particular index is structured to reflect the financial performance of large and mid-sized companies across 21 developed global markets. Its geographical scope includes regions such as Europe, Australasia, and the Far East, but explicitly omits both the U.S. and Canada.
