The company also provides recreational and sale management services, as well as loans; operates hotels and resorts; manages commercial space; and acquires, purchases, operates, trades in, and sells real estate properties, as well as related services. In addition, it engages in the cultivation of other crops, spices, incenses, medicines, and pharmaceutical plants; software development activities; purchasing, transferring, and management of non-performing assets; and hire purchase and leasing for car leasing. The company was formerly known as AQ Estate Public Company Limited and changed its name to AKS Corporation Public Company Limited in April 2023. AKS Corporation Public Company Limited was founded in 1982 and is headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand.
