This trust strategically acquires income-producing properties predominantly utilized for hospitality operations across the United States. Its current portfolio, as of the latest announcement, boasts 33 select-service hotels, collectively offering 4,315 rooms spread throughout 17 American states. Oversight of ACRO-HT's operations is provided by its designated "Managers": Acrophyte Hospitality Trust Management Pte. Ltd. and Acrophyte Hospitality Business Trust Management Pte. Ltd. Both of these management firms are entirely owned subsidiaries of Acrophyte Asset Management Pte Ltd (Acrophyte AM).
