Auro Metals 

Auro Metals Inc. engages in the exploration and development of mineral properties in Bolivia. The company holds a 100% interest in the Porvenir tin-zinc-silver-lead polymetallic mineral project, which covers an area of 11.25 square kilometers located in the center of the Bolivian Tin Belt, southeast of the city of Oruro. It also holds interest in the Santa Barbara gold-copper project located in the Zamora copper-gold belt of southeastern Ecuador. In addition, the company has an agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the San Florencio tin-zinc-silver-lead polymetallic mineral project, which covers an area of approximately 2 square kilometers located in the Potosi department of Bolivia. The company was formerly known as Tincorp Metals Inc. and changed its name to Auro Metals Inc. in June 2026. Auro Metals Inc. was incorporated in 2019 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
