Verde AgriTech Ltd. is an AgriTech enterprise dedicated to the production and global distribution of fertilizers, primarily operating within Brazil and extending its reach to international markets. The company specializes in multi-nutrient potassium-based crop inputs, marketed under its distinctive brands: K Forte, BAKS, and Super Greensand. Crucially, Verde AgriTech maintains full ownership of the Cerrado Verde project. This site, located in Brazil's western Alto Paranaiba region within Minas Gerais State, serves as the exclusive source of its glauconitic siltstone material, a valuable potassium silicate rock. Established in 2005, the firm initially operated as Verde Potash PLC before officially rebranding to Verde AgriTech Plc in June 2016. Its corporate headquarters are situated in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
