Bridge Builder Large Cap Value Fund 

Under normal operating conditions, this fund commits a minimum of 80% of its total investable assets (which includes funds obtained through borrowing for investment purposes) to securities issued by large-capitalization companies. This core investment also extends to other financial instruments, such as specific types of investment companies, that are structured to economically mirror the performance of large-cap equities. Additionally, the fund has the option to acquire American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs).
