The fund primarily allocates at least 80% of its total capital (comprising net assets plus any borrowed funds utilized for investment) to publicly traded equity shares of companies operating in the infrastructure sector. These companies are listed on stock exchanges globally, encompassing those within the United States. Furthermore, the fund is designed to ensure its portfolio includes investments in U.S.-based infrastructure firms, alongside those from a minimum of three distinct international markets.
