It operates through two segments: Machines and Systems, and Mechatronics. The Machines and Systems segment engages in the production, distribution, installation, and after-sales service of wood, glass, stone, and advanced materials processing machines, grinders, tools, components, and systems. The Mechatronics segment produces and distributes industrial, mechanical, and electronic components. It serves its customers under HSD, Diamut and Bavelloni brand names.
