Invesco BulletShares 2034 Corporate Bond 

The Invesco BulletShares 2034 Corporate Bond ETF (the Fund) aims to mirror the performance of the BulletShares USD Corporate Bond 2034 Index. At least 80% of the Fund's total assets are dedicated to corporate bonds that constitute this underlying Index. The Index itself is designed to track a portfolio composed of U.S. dollar-denominated, investment-grade corporate bonds that have effective maturities in 2034. Rather than purchasing every security within the Index, the Fund employs a "sampling" method to achieve its investment objective. Both the Fund and its corresponding Index undergo monthly rebalancing. With a defined maturity year of 2034, the Fund is scheduled to terminate around December 15, 2034.
