St. James Gold Corp. is an early-stage mineral exploration company based in Canada, dedicated to identifying, evaluating, and developing mineral resource properties. Its primary focus is on uncovering commercially viable gold deposits. The company holds options to acquire interests in several key projects. This includes a 100% ownership option for the Grub Line property, which encompasses 29 claims covering 1,791 acres within the Gander gold district in north-central Newfoundland. Additionally, it has an option for the Quinn Lake property, comprising two contiguous mineral licenses totaling 700 hectares, situated in the west-central region of the Island of Newfoundland. Furthermore, St. James Gold Corp. holds an option to secure an 85% stake in the Florin gold project, located in Canada's Yukon Territory. Established in 1981, the company operated under the name Bard Ventures Ltd. until it rebranded to St. James Gold Corp. in October 2020. Its corporate headquarters are located in Vancouver, Canada.
