Conestoga SMid Cap Fund Institutional Class 

This fund primarily allocates its capital to companies categorized as small-to-mid (smid) capitalization. It maintains a policy of investing a minimum of 80% of its net assets in the equity holdings of such firms. These equity investments encompass a range of instruments, including American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), convertible securities, common and preferred stocks from both domestic and international markets, as well as rights and warrants.
