CDL Hospitality Trusts 

CDL Hospitality Trusts (CDLHT) stands as a prominent player in Asia's hospitality investment landscape, overseeing assets worth approximately S$3.3 billion as of December 31, 2023. This entity is structured as a stapled group, uniting two distinct components: the CDL Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust (H-REIT), a property investment trust, and the CDL Hospitality Business Trust (HBT), a business trust. CDLHT first commenced trading on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on July 19, 2006. M&C REIT Management Limited is responsible for managing H-REIT, which holds the distinction of being Singapore's inaugural hotel-focused real estate investment trust. Concurrently, M&C Business Trust Management Limited acts as the trustee-manager for HBT.
