ESR-REIT commenced trading on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) on July 25, 2006, establishing itself as a publicly listed entity. The trust strategically invests in high-quality industrial assets designed to produce reliable income streams. As of December 31, 2020, its extensive portfolio in Singapore encompassed 57 properties, collectively covering an approximate gross floor area of 15.1 million square feet and valued at S$3.1 billion. These diverse properties are categorised into key industrial segments: Business Parks, High-Specification Industrial facilities, Logistics/Warehousing, and General Industrial, and are all advantageously located close to major transport networks and vital industrial zones across the island.
