The Smart Energy Management Services segment provides smart energy management system, which include sales and installation of energy-saving lighting, energy-saving equipment, and information technology development services. Its Health and Wellness segment offers health and wellness services, which include the healthcare consulting and sales of healthcare products, and healthy food. The F&B supply chain provides agriculture products, food and beverage materials supply chain business. The company was formerly known as Central Holding Group Co. Ltd. and changed its name to Central New Energy Holding Group Limited in May 2023. Central New Energy Holding Group Limited was founded in 1996 and is based in North Point, Hong Kong. Central New Energy Holding Group Limited is a subsidiary of Central Culture Resource Group Limited.
