The company was formerly known as Wang Yang Holdings Limited and changed its name to Central Holding Group Co. Ltd. in October 2019. The company was founded in 1996 and is based in North Point, Hong Kong. Central Holding Group Co. Ltd. is a subsidiary of Central Culture Resource Group Limited.
