Cohen & Steers Global Realty Shares Class I 

The fund primarily targets equities issued by real estate enterprises, dedicating at least 80% of its total capital, and often considerably more, to these investments. These include common stocks and other equity securities from both domestic and international real estate companies, encompassing Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and comparable entities. A substantial part of its holdings, generally at least 40%—or a floor of 30% if the advisor judges global markets to be less favorable—is directed towards real estate firms based, incorporated, or conducting a significant portion of their operations outside the U.S.
