Crimson Wine Group, Ltd. (CWGL), a corporation established in 1991 and headquartered in Napa, California, specializes in the crafting and commercialization of wines. Operating through its various subsidiaries, the company organizes its activities into two core segments: Wholesale and Direct to Consumer. Domestically, its wines are distributed via independent wine and spirit distributors throughout the United States.
