Cushman & Wakefield is a global commercial real estate services firm providing leasing, capital markets, property management, and project management to occupiers, owners, and investors across property types including office, industrial, retail, and data centers. The firm traces its roots back to 1917, where it was founded by brothers-in-law J. Clydesdale Cushman and Bernard Wakefield, and grew into its current form largely through a transformative 2015 merger with DTZ, a firm backed by TPG, PAG Asia Capital, and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. As of early 2026, the firm operates across roughly 400 offices in 60 countries with approximately 53,000 people.
