This fund generally allocates a minimum of 80% of its total assets to U.S. common stocks. It targets companies with small to medium market values that the fund's manager identifies as undervalued. For the purpose of this fund, small and mid-sized companies are defined as those possessing a market capitalization, at the moment of acquisition, ranging from $500 million to $10 billion. Alternatively, they may fall within the market capitalization spectrum of constituents found in the Russell 2500 Index when initially purchased.
