The company also constructs, manages, and leases office, industry, and logistics, and commercial properties, as well as residential properties. In addition, it engages in the processing and maintenance of orchards and fruit crops; and packaging, exporting, and marketing of fruits and vegetables. The company was incorporated in 1961 and is based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
