Dodge & Cox Global Bond Fund Class I 

The fund primarily invests in fixed-income securities, allocating at least 80% of its total assets to such instruments. Under typical market conditions, a minimum of 40% of its portfolio is dedicated to securities issued by entities outside the United States. These international and debt exposures may be established through derivative instruments, including forward contracts, futures contracts, or swap agreements. The fund's bond holdings span all economic sectors and can be denominated in both U.S. dollars and various foreign currencies.
