Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Equity Asset Allocation Fund 

This fund primarily invests in a diverse array of tax-advantaged portfolios, which are sponsored by Eaton Vance Management and its associated entities. These underlying portfolios are mandated to invest at least 80% of their net assets in equity holdings. Furthermore, the fund has the discretion to commit up to 25% of its total assets to such tax-managed portfolios that focus on small or developing companies, and it may also allocate as much as 35% of its total assets to those portfolios primarily investing in international securities.
