Eaton Vance Greater India Fund Class I 

The fund's strategy primarily involves committing at least 80% of its net assets (inclusive of any borrowed capital) to equity holdings of companies situated in India and the surrounding Indian subcontinent. Specifically, a minimum of 50% of its total assets will be invested in the equity securities of Indian enterprises. Exposure to companies outside India, Pakistan, or Sri Lanka is capped at 10% of its total assets.
