Invesco Euro Government Bond 3-5 Year UCITS 

The Invesco Euro Government Bond 3-5 Year UCITS ETF Dist seeks to mirror the overall financial performance of the Bloomberg Euro Government Select 3-5 Year Index, accounting for management fees. Investors receive income distributions on a quarterly basis. The underlying Reference Index monitors the performance of sovereign debt instruments issued by France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and Spain. These fixed-rate securities are denominated in Euros and possess a remaining maturity period of between three and five years. To qualify for inclusion, bonds must be issued in EUR, hold a minimum credit rating of B3/B-/B- or equivalent (determined by the median rating from Moody's, S&P, and Fitch after excluding extreme values), have at least EUR 300 million outstanding, and their time to maturity must strictly fall between three and less than five years, irrespective of embedded options. Ratings for local currency treasury bonds are based on the long-term local currency sovereign ratings provided by Moody's, S&P, and Fitch. The Reference Index undergoes monthly adjustments. To achieve its investment objective, the fund's managers employ advanced portfolio modeling and analytical techniques. They strategically acquire and maintain a carefully chosen subset of the index's securities, designed to accurately reflect the broader index's characteristics.
