Shougang Fushan Resources Group Limited operates as an investment holding company primarily focused on the exploration and extraction of coal resources within the People's Republic of China. Established in 1985, the company adopted its current name, Shougang Fushan Resources Group Limited, in May 2011, having previously been known as Fushan International Energy Group Limited.
