Ernexa Therapeutics Inc. is a biotechnology firm currently in its preclinical development phase, specializing in the creation of therapeutic interventions using induced mesenchymal stem cells (iMSCs). The company's primary focus lies in addressing solid tumor cancers and a range of autoimmune diseases. Its flagship candidate, ERNA-101, is an allogeneic iMSC designed to release pro-inflammatory cytokines, namely IL-7 and IL-15, intended for the treatment of ovarian cancer.
