Allspring Utility and Telecommunications Fund 

This fund primarily targets the utility and telecommunications sectors, dedicating a minimum of 80% of its net assets to common, preferred, and convertible preferred shares within these industries. Up to 20% of its net assets may also be allocated to dividend-yielding equities of companies outside these core sectors. The fund can further direct up to 25% of its total assets into foreign equity securities, including American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and comparable global investments. A specific allocation of up to 10% of its total assets is permitted for emerging market equities. It is important to note that this fund operates as a non-diversified investment vehicle.
