iShares Floating Rate Bond 

iShares Trust - iShares Floating Rate Bond ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by BlackRock, Inc. It is managed by Blackrock Fund Advisors. The fund invests in fixed income markets of the United States. It primarily invests in U.S. dollar-denominated, investment grade floating rate notes which have a remaining maturity of greater than or equal to one month and less than five years. The fund seeks to track the performance of the Bloomberg U.S. Universal Index and the Bloomberg US Floating Rate Note < 5 Years Index, by using representative sampling technique. iShares Trust - iShares Floating Rate Bond ETF was formed on June 14, 2011 and is domiciled in the United States.
