This fund primarily allocates a significant portion—at least 80%—of its total assets to common equity securities that are constituents of its benchmark index. To construct an investment portfolio whose overall characteristics closely mirror those of the complete index, the fund employs an advanced statistical sampling methodology. This strategy meticulously evaluates various financial criteria, including market capitalization, sector representation, dividend payout rates, price-to-earnings (P/E) and price-to-book (P/B) ratios, and the pace of earnings expansion.
