Faircourt Gold Income 

Faircourt Gold Income Corp. is a Canada-based closed-ended fund. The Fund has been created to provide investors with exposure to global companies primarily involved in gold exploration, mining, or production, including those in the S&P/Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) Global Gold Index, while also providing monthly distributions. The Fund’s investment objectives are to provide Shareholders with monthly distributions, initially targeted to yield 5% ($0.04167 per Class A Share per month) per annum based on the issue price of $10.00 per Class A Share and the opportunity for capital appreciation. The investment manager of the Fund is Faircourt Asset Management Inc. Faircourt Asset Management Inc. is the Investment Advisor for the Company and is responsible for managing the affairs and providing portfolio management services to the Company.
